Article 1. [Purpose]
These terms and conditions aim to stipulate rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and users in using the online routine management service "Myroutine" provided by Minding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company").
Article 2. [Definition]
- "site" refers to a virtual business site set up to trade goods, etc. using information and communication facilities such as computers and mobile phones, in order to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "goods, etc.") to users, and is also used as a business operator operating a cyber mall.
- "User" refers to a member who accesses the "site" and receives the "service" provided by the "company" in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member of the "site" and can continue to use the services provided by the "site".
- The term "non-member" refers to a person who uses the service provided by the "site" without registering as a member.
Article 3 [Specification, explanation, and amendment of terms and conditions, etc.]
- The "site" posts the contents of these terms and conditions, the name of the representative, the address of the sales office, the phone number, the parent transmission number, the e-mail address, the business registration number, the mail order report number, and the personal information management manager on the "site".
- Before the user agrees to the terms and conditions, the "site" must provide a separate connection screen or pop-up screen so that the user can understand important contents such as refund conditions.
- "Site" may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate related laws such as the "Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, the "Basic Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions," the "Electronic Financial Transactions Act," the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network and Information Protection," etc."
- If the "site" revises these terms and conditions, the date of application and the reason for the revision will be specified and announced on the initial page of the site along with the current terms and conditions from 7 days before the date of application. However, if the terms and conditions are changed unfavorably to the user, it will be notified with a grace period of at least 30 days. In this case, the "site" clearly compares the contents before and after the revision to make it easier for users to understand.
- If the "site" revises the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions apply only to contracts concluded after the application date, and the terms and conditions before the amendment apply to contracts already concluded before that. However, if a user who has already signed a contract transmits the intention to be subject to the revised terms and conditions to the "site" within the notice period of the revised terms and conditions under paragraph (3) and obtains consent from the "site", the revised terms and conditions apply.
- Regarding the matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions and the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the Consumer Protection Guidelines and Related Acts or Conventions prescribed by the Fair Trade Commission.
Article 4. [Providing and changing services]
- "Site" performs the following tasks.
- Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of a purchase contract.
- Provision of goods or services to which a purchase contract has been concluded.
- Other tasks determined by "site".
- The "site" may change the contents of the goods or services to be provided by a contract concluded in the future in the event of sold out of goods or services or changes in technical specifications. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of provision shall be specified and immediately notified to the place where the contents of the current goods or services have been posted.
